Melissa Hale @MHale Tattoo has become Allegheny Art Tattoo Suite. Located in Tionesta PA, it is a calm and relaxing atmosphere ~ built for one-on-one appointments. Officially EST 2026 at this location after many years in the faster and louder lanes of tattoo business, with the idea of doing things a bit more quietly... and privately. ​​​​

 

Designs that can be done in one or two sessions are preferred. I do all sorts of custom work, but I am best with line work, lettering and am fast with flash.  Things I'm NOT good at would be "Realism" (portraits/anything with realistic 3D shading), intricate/super fine details and I'm selective when taking on big/complicated things like "full sleeves". My thought process differs from most: * Due to personal beliefs; I will not tattoo in memory of the deceased. *I'm sorry for your loss. *Please keep me in mind for other things.​​

 

I'm an early bird and am available Mornings~ 6pm over the weekends: Friday, Sat, Sun & Monday:  

 

*Tues, Wed & Thurs are my days off.

Small tattoos and/or flash can be squeezed in within the same day or week, while larger tattoos that require more time, especially drawing/design are usually about two months out.

 

 Preferred $ methods are Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle & PayPal (no cards due to bank fees).
